Home construction

Build your house without the guesswork

We plan, draw, get permits for and supervise your house so it is built to the building code, on budget and without endless site visits on your part.

What's included

  • Architectural and structural drawings for your plot
  • Earthquake-resistant design checked against the Nepal National Building Code
  • Help with the municipality building permit (naksa pass)
  • Itemised cost estimate (BOQ) before work starts
  • Contractor selection and regular site supervision
  • Help with the completion certificate at handover

How it works

  1. Step 1: Tell us about your plot

Share the location, plot size and what you want to build. Photos of the lalpurja and trace map help.

  2. Step 2: Site visit and estimate

An engineer visits, checks access and soil, and prepares an itemised estimate you can compare.

  3. Step 3: Drawings and permit

We finalise the design with you and follow the building permit file through your municipality.

  4. Step 4: Supervised construction

Work is checked at each stage — foundation, columns, slab — with photo updates until handover.

Common questions

How much does it cost to build a house?
It depends on the design, number of floors, materials and how easy the site is to reach. Instead of a flat rate per square foot, we prepare an itemised estimate after visiting your plot.
Do you help with the building permit (naksa pass)?
Yes. We prepare the drawings your municipality asks for and follow the file until it is approved. How long it takes depends on the municipality.
Will the house be earthquake-resistant?
Designs follow the Nepal National Building Code and are checked by a registered structural engineer. Site supervision makes sure the reinforcement is built as drawn.
Can you help before I have bought the land?
Yes. Send us the plot you are considering and we will check road access, shape and permit limits before you commit.
